Dobrev posted a series of photos from their reunion, as well as their dinner on the last filming day for the show. However, even though all three looked very happy in the snaps, some bashers could not help but think that the photos were just all for show.

In 2013, Dobrev and Somerhalder ended their relationship, and just a few months passed when the latter got into a relationship with the "Sleepy Hollow" alum. A lot of Dobrev and Somerhalder supporters assumed that the couple ended their relationship because of Reed.

However, after Somerhalder and Reed tied the knot, Dobrev was asked to comment on their relationship. The actress told Entertainment Tonight that she is very happy for her ex-boyfriend. Unfortunately, rumors that trio are not in good terms still circulated.

Meanwhile, a lot of fans are also wondering why Reed was once again spotted on the set of "The Vampire Diaries" when she is not really part of the show. Last year, when the cast filmed their final episode, Reed was also present.

This simply means that the cast can invite their loved ones to join them at the cast dinner. When Somerhalder invited Reed, the actress and Dobrev found the chance to take photos with each other.

In other news, "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 will wrap up in a month, and fans can expect massive storylines and shocking twists in the lives of Elena, Damon, Stefan (Paul Wesley), Caroline (Candice Accola-King) and Bonnie (Kat Graham).

Old cast members, namely, Steven R. McQueen and David Anders are also expected to return to the finale to reprise their roles as Jeremy and John respectively.

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 airs Fridays at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
