A special event returns to Electronic Art's popular life simulation game. "The Sims 4" players can take advantage of the Valentine's Day-themed Triple Boost Week to increase Sim relationships at a faster rate.

Avid "The Sims 4" gamers looking to boost their Sim character's relationship with other Sims can tap Jasmine Holiday's services in Electronic Arts' game. The said non-playable character (NPC) is back for another Triple Boost Week round.

Given the recent Valentine's Day celebration, game developers re-introduced Holiday to "The Sims 4" to play the role of cupid. Beginning Feb. 14, Tuesday, players can increase their Sim character's romantic relationship with a beloved partner at a rate that is three times faster than normal, according to an announcement posted on "The Sims" forums.

Apart from Sim lovers, Holiday can also help to boost a Sim's friendship levels with other characters. However, players hoping to take advantage of the Triple Boost Week to raise a Sim's animosity towards another Sim will find that Holiday's special perk will not work on mean actions. It appears that the boost was designed to enhance positive relationships only.

Meanwhile, players can take advantage of the Triple Boost Week by immediately contacting or locating Holiday in "The Sims 4." Gaming tips posted on the fan community Sims VIP indicated that the said NPC can be found in the game's local community garden although gamers can also have their Sim invite Holiday through the in-game phone's "Call Jasmine Holiday" option.

Once the Triple Boost Week proponent arrives, click on the said NPC and choose "Boost Relationship Gain." Holiday will grant the Sim character a special "Feeling Friendly" moodlet that lasts for six game days.

After the moodlet expires, gamers can have their Sim characters request another boost from Holiday. Gamers can even opt to hold a party or lot gathering with specific characters as guests to help increase their Sim's relationships. The Triple Boost Week event can also help a Sim complete certain relationship-based milestones or aspirations.

"The Sims 4" Triple Boost Week will run from Feb. 14 until Feb. 21. Learn more about the game's upcoming stuff pack in the clip below:
