In a new development in the matter of Kim Kardashian's multi-million dollar heist, photos from the crime scene have been released on French media. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star was reportedly tied up by a group of men and robbed of millions of dollar worth of jewelry in Paris in October 2016.

The crime scene images of Hôtel de Pourtalès, in which the reality TV star was tied up and robbed off, created a stir recently when they were screened by French network TFI. The series of pictures shows her bed inside the hotel as well as the bathroom where she was held during the robbery. A few of the chilling images also shows the gaffer tape used to gag the star and the Serflex cable ties used to bind her hands as armed men disguised as police officers carried out the terrifying raid.

The network also showed surveillance footage of what it claimed were the suspects meeting at a cafe multiple times after the robbery. They also allegedly used code names and code words to discuss the crime over the phone.

In one of the footage, two of accused are seen desperately searching Kardashian's Jacob and Co platinum mounted diamond cross that they dropped as they made their getaway. The piece fell between the parked vehicles and was reportedly found by an office worker next morning.

Earlier this month, the mother-of-two went to New York City this month to provide testimony to a French judge. Cops reportedly nabbed 17 suspects in total, including eight men and a woman, who are currently in high-security prisons after being caught owing to a combination of DNA and CCTV evidence, Daily Mail reported. None of the robbed items have been recovered so far.

In January, excerpts of police testimony with suspect Aomar Ait Khedache came to light, in which he allegedly confessed to the crime. His DNA was reportedly found on the Serflex, cross-referencing of which revealed his early crimes as an armed robber. The suspect told police that the gang melted down and sold off most of the stolen jewelry, but kept Kardashian's diamond engagement ring because it was too difficult to re-sell.
