The latest leak of Asus Zenfone 3 Go was revealed by the Italian website Notebook Italia. As shown in the image render, the upcoming Zenfone handset is expected to sport a metal unibody design, which is not featured in other Zenfone smartphones, Indian Express noted.

Aside from its metal build, the leaked image showed the antenna bands on the top and bottom chin at the back of the smartphone. On the camera front, the Zenfone 3 Go has placed its primary rear camera at the top left side with the flash sitting below it.

Furthermore, the Asus Zenfone 3 Go will be leaving out a fingerprint scanner module as no button can be spotted on either rear or front panels of the phone. For a better user experience, the device will be adding capacitive buttons in its feature. The speaker and the USB Type-C port are also situated on the bottom side of the phone.

The leaked image further reveals three color variants for the Asus Zenfone 3 Go, wherein the phone will be available in black, pink, and gold color options.

In terms of its key specs and harware, the Asus Zenfone 3 Go will feature a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display, NDTV reported. Under the hood, the smartphone is armed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC with 2GB of RAM, and it will offer 16GB of internal storage on board.

In its optics department, the Asus ZenFone 3 Go will feature a 13-megapixel rear camera with 1.4 μm pixel size, alongside a 5-megapixel front-snapper with soft LED flash for better low-light selfies. The smartphone is expected to improve its microphone function through its dual MEMS Microphones for noise suppression, and it will also sport five-magnet speakers with smart amp.

The Asus Zenfone 3 Go is generally positioned for customers with tight budget. Right now, the expected price of the Asus ZenFone 3 Go is 150 euros (roughly Rs. 10,800).

Since rumors suggest that Asus will not be introducing the ZenFone 4 at MWC 2017, there may be a great deal of opportunity that the Zenfone 3 Go will be unveiled on the event.
