In the previous episode, Dr. Minnick failed miserably in her second phase of teaching plan where she allowed two residents get a lead in surgery from start to finish. Unfortunately, the patient dies and Webber and Bailey end up having a heated argument. Meanwhile, April's first day as interim Head of Surgery doesn't go too well. Maggie and others attendings treat her badly accusing her of going against Webber. However, the show ends with a moment of celebration when Catherine and April bond together as they celebrate April's new job.
Moving on to "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 14. According to the description of "Back Where You Belong" on the network's official website, Alex returns to his duty in Grey Sloan Memorial hospital after Bailey decided to re-hire him. He will be surprised at the changes in his workplace since he left.
Meanwhile, Jo will find herself in a difficult situation. While working on a case she will have some tough decisions to make. Also, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 14 will focus on Arizona and Eliza. Arizona struggles to distance herself from Eliza.
