"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 15 will see the drama unfold when the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial hospital tackle a trauma case. The upcoming segment is titled "Civil War" and it will air after two weeks when the show returns from a brief hiatus. Here are a few spoilers for the next chapter of the series. "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 15 is going to focus on two storylines about hospital politics and Amelia and Owen's relationship. The network has released a brief synopsis on its official website and it teases massive drama and tension in the hospital.

According to the press release, a horrifying trauma case arrives in the hospital. Richard, Jackson, April and Catherine are involved in the treatment of the patients. However, hospital politics and conflicts between the attendings impact the procedure and is expected to lead to some major complications.

In addition, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 15 will see Amelia and Owen deal with their issues. Problems between the couple reach a critical point. Amelia finally realises her true feelings for Owen.

Meanwhile, Meredith returns to work and she finds herself caught in a crossfire between Nathan and Alex while working on a case.
