In "Horizon: Zero Dawn," players will see so many skills to unlock, which will make it more confusing for them to choose. It is important that they choose the right skills to unlock to have an efficient gameplay throughout. Here are the skills they should focus on first before anything else.
Players should unlock the Silent Strike skill first, according to US Gamer. Most of the opponents at the beginning of the video game can be killed with a successful Silent Strike skill, and most combat scenarios should be done with stealth. The Silent Strike skill will be an essential tool for making that stealthy approach on enemies, and it will only cost them one skill point to unlock.
The next skill to unlock is the Concentration skill, which is needed when stealth does not work. When the main protagonist, Aloy, uses this particular skill, it will slow down time, which makes it easier to line up a shot with a bow and arrow. Several enemies in this video game are fast, which makes this skill a very important tool to use in combat, and it only costs one skill point to unlock.
The Gatherer skill in the Forager column of "Horizon: Zero Dawn" is useful for players. This will allow them to put in more resources out of the different trees and flowers the heroine finds in her adventures. Getting this unlocked early will let them reap big rewards in the long run, but it is also recommended that they should upgrade the pouch as early as possible.
When Aloy in uses her staff in combat, she will need several factors to gain advantage. The Critical Hit skill allows her to land a punishing blow to downed enemies, which is helpful against larger ones. The early smaller enemies will be knocked down easily, making it easy prey for the Critical Hit skill.
The Low Profile skill is another important one to unlock in "Horizon: Zero Dawn" due to its feature, according to Game Revolution. This allows Aloy to reduce her visibility to enemies when she crouches. This skill will be handy when some areas in the game will not have large patches of grass for her to hide in.
