Many fans were shocked when 2PM band member Jun.K suddenly fell from the stage during the band's concert. The performance was stopped and the Kpop idol was immediately rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment.

An unfortunate event happened during 2PM's third "6Nights" concert performance. Held on Feb. 26, Sunday, at Seoul's Olympic Handball Stadium, Kpop idol Jun.K accidentally fell when part of the stage's moving platform was activated.

It appears that there was a segment in the South Korean boy band's Feb. 26 concert where a section of the moving platform was supposed to detach from the main structure and move towards the center of the stage. However, the 2PM band member was not aware of the said stage movement, Korean news outlet Joins reported.

The accident transpired as Jun.K was preparing to perform "Hands Up" on stage. With the 2PM singer standing on top of the moving platform, a concert staff member activated the said part of the stage which resulted in the Kpop idol's accidental fall.

At this time, it is unclear whether Jun.K sustained serious injuries from the incident. A representative from the boy band's agency JYP Entertainment told local reporters that the singer will undergo an extensive medical check-up at the hospital, Joins quoted the representative as saying.

It is also unsure if 2PM's remaining three Seoul concerts will be canceled or if it will push through but without Jun.K. JYP Entertainment shared that they have yet to discuss the Kpop group's upcoming performances. Given that event organizers also stopped the Feb. 26 concert following the singer's fall, it is also unclear if concertgoers will receive a refund for the show.

Meanwhile, the boy band's "6Nights" concert will mark 2PM's final performance due to some of the band members' impending mandatory army enlistment. Taecyeon and Jun.K were slated to begin their military assignment in the coming weeks, according to All Kpop.

The remaining performance dates of 2PM's "6Nights" concert will be from March 3 until March 5. Watch a clip of the Kpop group's performance on Mnet below:
