Swansea City is on the rise with three wins in their last five matches, which resulted in the team getting out of the bottom three relegation area. They are now in the 16th spot of the English top flight table, two points above the relegation zone with 12 games left in their campaign this season.

In their most recent fixture last Saturday, the Swans were romped by current league leaders Chelsea, 1-3, on the road at the Stamford Bridge for their second loss in the last three games, Goal reported.

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas broke the game's deadlock in the 19th minute, but Swansea striker Fernando Llorente was able to equalize in the first half stoppage time, making it a 1-1 count at the break.

However, two second-half goals by the Blues, courtesy of Spanish forwards Pedro and Diego Costa in the 72nd and 84th minutes respectively, blew the game wide open in favor of the hosts, giving head coach Paul Clement's squad their 16th loss in the season.

Meanwhile, Burnley is on a three-game winless skid after winning two of their previous three matches. They are settled in the 11th spot in the overall standings at the moment, nine points above the relegation zone but a long 18 points below Liverpool for the final Europa League qualifying berth for the next season.

The Clarets, last season's EFL Championship winners, settled to a 1-1 draw with fellow newly-promoted club Hull City on the road at the KCOM Stadium last Saturday, as per Sports Mole.

It was a goalless game for most of the time until Tigers midfielder Tom Huddlestone scored the opening goal with a spot kick in the 72nd minute.

Head coach Sean Dyche's side was quick to level, though, with Clarets defender Michael Keane burying the equalizer in the 76th minute to salvage the draw.
