It appears that fans of Wentworth Miller are going to see him often on the small screen this 2017. Aside from reprising his role as Michael Scofield in "Prison Break: Sequel," he is also playing Leonard Snart/Captain Cold both in "Legends of Tomorrow" and "The Flash."
The last time Miller appeared in "The Flash" was in Season 3 episode 4 titled "The New Rogues," which aired on Oct. 25, 2016. He is returning in the current season particularly in Season 3 episode 13 titled "Into the Speed Force."
In "Into the Speed Force," viewers will see how desperate Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) is when it comes to stopping Savitar. In order to save his friends, Barry will turn to the speed force for answers.
In the Speed Force, Barry will meet people from his past including Leonard Snart/Captain Cold. Savitar is in the wind preparing to destroy central city so Barry needs much help to defend against the after-effects of Flashpoint.
This is why Barry needs to get Wally West/Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) back. Robbie Amell and Rick Cosnett will reprise their respective roles as Ronnie Raymond/Deathstorm and Eddie Thorn in "Into the Speed Force," which will also feature the silver age Flash/Wade Garrett (John Wesley Shipp).
At this point, viewers still wonder who Savitar is. Some hints were already given in the previous episodes and more clues are expected in "Into the Speed Force."
It is possible that Savitar is more than one person. Having created Flashpoint, Barry may have attracted the attention of any number of villainous speedsters after taking a few chances in his last visit to the Speed Force.
Also expected in "Into the Speed Force" is Jesse Wells/Jesse Quick (Violett Beane). In the episode, he will receive some advice from H.R. Wells (Tom Cavanagh).
"The Flash" Season 3 episode 13 titled "Into the Speed Force" will air on March 14, Tuesday, at 8:00 p.m. on The CW. Meanwhile, here is a video featuring Miller:
