Luo Zhongli Art Museum is a high-grade art museum located at the University Town Campus at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. It has been attracting numerous visitors for employing an incredibly eye-catching design: paintings on all of its walls.

Now the museum, which is about 23,000 square kilometers, is slathered in colorful patterns. Owner Luo Zhongli selected some of his "copies" to be put on the outside wall of the art museum.

The new designs have been made with waste tiles purchased by students from Sichuan Fine Arts Institute from different factories.

The new design of the Luo Zhongli Art Museum has been drawing in tourists and other onlookers to the Chongqing campus to snap photos.
