After two years since the retirement of an old ferris wheel, a new one was put in use for the public at the Shijingshan Amusement Park in Beijing on Saturday. The new wheel is about 100 meters high with a diameter of 88 meters. It has 42 panoramic cabins, each with a capacity of eight people.
