Gionee S10 specs, release date: S10 images leaked; Handset will come in two variants - Gionee S10B, Gionee S10C

It was in November 2016 when one of the largest smartphone manufacturers in China, Gionee, released its Gionee S9. Now, recent reports claim that the Chinese manufacturer may be ready to unveil the awaited Gionee S10 soon.

Reports claim that several rumored leak photos about the anticipated smartphone are now circulating the internet. It was said that the leaked images indicate that the Gionee S10 will come with 4 cameras, GSM Arena reported.

Although the publication reiterated that images are no less than rumors and that the specifications are not yet confirmed, but it cited several reports which claimed that the Gionee S10 will be a smartphone with 2 front cameras of 16 megapixels each or a combination of 20 megapixels plus 8 megapixels. While the rear cameras were also reported to have 13 megapixels each. The same publication added that the Gionee S10 is expected to have a 5.5" capacitive screen, a 4GB of RAM, a 64GB internal storage capacity and a 3,450 mAh battery.

On the other note, Tech 2 reported that there will be two upcoming variants for the Gionee S10, and that would be the Gionee S10B and the Gionee S10C. It was said that the dual front cameras and dual back cameras apply on the S10B. The S10C, on one hand, is said to only have one rear and one front camera. It was also noted that the leaked images were photos of the S10B.

In terms of the specifications, the same publication indicated that the two Gionee S10 variants will have different specs. Since the expected specifications of the S10B were already unfolded above, it is time to tackle the expected specifications of the S10C. It was cited that the S10C might come with a 5.2 inch capacitive screen, a 4GB of RAM, a 16 megapixel front camera, a 13 megapixel rear camera, a 32GB internal storage capacity, and a 3,100 mAh battery.

There is no official release date yet for the two variants of Gionee S10.
