The confirmation by the NBC of the return of one of the most successful sitcoms in televisions - "Will & Grace" - coupled with a promotional photo of the original cast members had fans' excitement hyped up.

It seems that producers and writers of the sitcom never thought of having a second part of the show. In fact, the idea was said to have come out of the blue when the campaign video for Hillary Clinton, where all the cast members reunited, received a good feedback. Will & Grace is believed to be the first show which will be revived with the full original cast members on board.

However, after the confirmation of its return, no further detail about the storyline of the show was yet revealed. In fact, cast member Debra Messing, who played Grace in the sitcom, shared that they have not yet got a glimpse of the script yet which makes them as clueless as the excited viewers are.

Nevertheless, the actress revealed the timeline of the "Will & Grace" revival, saying that they expect to have the script by the end of July and start filming in August. The show is expected to be back on screen in the first week of September.

Some of the speculations about the show are that it will pick up from the last time the gang was seen. Accordingly, the "Will & Grace" revival may retain its signature theme of incorporating "progressive" political ideas along with the comedy touch of the show. In fact, another cast member Megan Mullally believes that Donald Trump's administration may be tackled. It is also most likely that the tradition of guesting big names in showbiz will remain since the original cast members will be back.

Currently, the only things sure is that the sitcom will have 12 episodes when it returns and the comedy show will still feature Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes.
