March sky will offer a spectacular cosmic view on Friday when Equinox, Supermoon and Solar Eclipse, all takes place on the same day. March 20, 2015 marks the occurrence of total solar eclipse since it last occurred on Nov. 3, 2013. Here is a guide to best view the rare astronomical event. March 20 solar eclipse will be largely visible to those residing in North Atlantic and Arctic regions. To be precise, it will be total solar eclipse in the remote areas of Northern hemisphere including, Faroe Islands and Svalbard in Norway and partial for the parts of Europe, northern and western Africa and northern and eastern Asia. The last time this phenomenon was visible from Britain was on Aug. 1999.

The highly anticipated astronomical event commences at 07:41 UTC and finishes at 11:50 UTC. The point of greatest eclipse will take place 162 miles away from Faroe Islands in the Norwegian Sea.

For those in the eclipse region, they are advised to not look at the sun directly. It can cause severe damage to the eyes. They can make use of special solar eclipse lenses to witness the stunning yet rare phenomenon. Use of sun glasses is also deemed dangerous as the UV rays from the sun can hurt the retina causing blindness. According to Sky News, looking directly through Telescope, binoculars, camera, or cameras of smart phones is also dangerous for eyes. Enthusiasts can construct a pinhole camera with cardboard to enjoy the spectacle
