Kardashian shared that she and West usually run on horse trails around their neighborhood or in their tread mill that is inside their home gym. Kardashian added that her workout lasts for around an hour or an hour and 15 minutes as running takes 35 minutes for her while the rest is for her exercises to strengthen her abs and legs.

As for her diet, Kardashian shared that she tries to have breakfast at 8 A.M. before her daughter, North West, wakes up. She usually just eats scrambled eggs, oatmeal, or a protein shake paired with fruits. Kardashian added that Kanye actually has a personal chef who cooks for them but there is no stable kind of food that they eat because her husband frequently changes his diet.

The couple also has a nutritionist who plans what they eat and changes it every 10 days. Kardashian usually eats lunch at 1 P.M. and she is into fish, chicken, and vegetables recently. She also has a snack at 3 in the afternoon and it's usually something sweet such as almond butter. She eats dinner at 7 P.M. and eats the same thing as what she eats for lunch.

Kardashian also revealed that she cut down on drinking ice tea and drinks coffee only once a month. She drinks a lot of water because she wants to set an example to her daughter regarding being natural and healthy.

Meanwhile, People spotted Kanye and Kardashian in Paris after they went to Armenia and Jerusalem for North's baptism.
