The official soundtrack of "Furious 7" has reached a new milestone, just four weeks after it was first released.

This week, the soundtrack topped Billboard's album chart and Wiz Khalifa's contribution to the album, "See You Again," became this week's top-selling download, according to USA Today.

The rapper's track, which he collaborated with Charlie Puth, received more than 464,000 downloads last week.

As a result, it toppled down the 14-week top-selling song of Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars, "Uptown Funk!" which has also received millions of views on YouTube.

"Furious 7's" soundtrack also happens to be the fourth soundtrack to make it to the top of their charts.

Other equally successful soundtracks were from "Frozen," "Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Mix Vol. 1" and the new TV series, "Empire."

Meanwhile, other than its soundtrack, "Furious 7's" release could also be considered a huge success.

Following the untimely death of Paul Walker, fans of the film franchise headed to the movie theaters to watch the movie's seventh installment.

As of late, the film is currently in the running to earn $1 billion on its third weekend. If this were to actually take place, "Furious 7" will could go head to head with "The Avengers," which reached $1 billion on its 19th day, Forbes reported.

Other films that reached the $1 billion mark include "Avatar" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 2."

"Furious 7" is still shown in various movie theaters in the United States and other parts of the world.
