"Avengers: Age Of Ultron" star Mark Ruffalo has recently expressed his support for Manny Pacquiao over Floyd Mayweather Jr. considering that he is friends with the Filipino boxing champ's trainer.

"Freddie Roach is a friend of mine too who trains Pacquiao," said Ruffalo, who had to be reminded by his "Avengers: Age Of Ultron" co-star Jeremy Renner about the upcoming Pacquiao-Mayweather Jr. fight while they were promoting their film, The Inquirer reported.

Ruffalo shared that his father used to take him to boxing matches, such the Leon Spinks vs. Sugar Ray Leonard fight televised on a teletron TV, which he said was probably the first ever sports event he ever went to in his entire life.

Dubbed as "The Fight Of The Century" or "Battle For Greatness," the Pacquiao-Mayweather Jr. fight will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 2, Saturday.

While Pacquiao is currently the eight-division world champion, Mayweather Jr.  is an undefeated five-division world champion.

As appointed by the Nevada Athletic Commission, the in-ring referee in the highly anticipated fight is Kenny Bayless, who has officiated seven of Pacquiao's fights and five of Mayweather Jr.'s fights in the past.

Serving as the judges are Burt Clements, Glenn Feldman and Dave Moretti.

Bayless will be paid $25,000 as the referee while Clements, Feldman and Moretti will each be paid $20,000 as judges.

Valued at $1 million, the belt for the winner of the fight newly created by the WBC contains the faces of both Pacquiao and Mayweather Jr. along with the faces of boxing legend Muhammad Ali and former WBC president José Sulaimán.

While it is an exact replica of the current belt, the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight belt has thousands of emeralds instead of the gold plating for the center logo.

Meanwhile, in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Ruffalo said, with his "Avengers: Age Of Ultron" role Bruce Banner turning 46 years old, "there comes a point where it's like, How much more running can I do from myself? Whatever you hate about yourself or you don't like, when you get to be 46 years old."
