Mega star Miley Cyrus has shelled out $4 million bucks for an equestrian estate in the celebrated and star-studded Hidden Hills enclave in Los Angeles' far western suburbs. According to reports, the "Wrecking Ball" star completed the deal on April 1 in the midst of her break-up with Patrick Schwarzenegger.
The purchase was first reported by Woodbridge Luxury Home of California, which publishes the press releases of major property deals. The 6500 square ft house is set on a 5.5 acre estate and is complete with riding arena and a vineyard to suit the singer's lavish lifestyle.
Los Angeles Times reported that the house, first built in 1954, features beamed ceilings, walls of French doors, wide-plank wood floors and pastoral views. The six-bathroom, seven-bedroom home comes equipped with a formal dining room, brick fireplaces, several seating areas, a cook's gourmet centre, island kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar, not to mention a baby grand piano and a wet bar along with 1,000-bottle wine cellar.
The house is wrapped around with covered veranda that overlooks the extensive grounds which includes one-acre riding arena, two paddocks, a 10-stall barn, a 550-vine vineyard, chicken coop with hen house, as well as a vegetable and citrus garden and a swimming pool.
Cyrus' new home is located in a secluded area, which is hugely popular among Hollywood celebrities too, and best suited for the singer's wild parties. The former Disney star's new neighbours will include Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Drake and the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
Meanwhile, the newly single singer looked drop dead gorgeous on her latest public appearance on Monday night at the Met Gala event, Daily Mail reported. The singer hit the red carpet wearing a custom made gown by Alexander Wang which had a pair of dangerously low cuts on her sides, adding an edgy feel to her ensemble. Check out the pic above.
