Jackie Chan's "Kung Fu Yoga" co-star Katrina Kaif is recently at the 68th Cannes International Film Festival in Cannes, France where she bonded with her follow L'Oréal Paris brand ambassador Julianne Moore, who won Best Actress at the 2015 Academy Awards for "Still Alice."
It was Kaif's first time to attend the Cannes Film Festival, and before heading for the red carpet, she posed for photographs with Moore. On May 13, Wednesday, the two actresses walked the red carpet together and spoke there for a few minutes.
"They spoke about the number of films that Katrina has done and how she learned Hindi for Bollywood," a source told First Post of Kaif and Moore. "Not only this, they also complimented each other on the dress and makeup that they donned for the red carpet.
On May 14, Thursday, Kaif and Moore shoot L'Oréal Paris. Earlier that day, Moore attended the "Mad Max: Fury Road" premiere at the film festival with the film's stars Courtney Eaton and Jack O'Connell along with "Insurgent" star Naomi Watts and Michelle Rodriguez, who was wearing a dress by Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad, according to Just Jared.
Currently filming "Fitoor" and "Jagga Jasoos," Kaif is also set to star in Stanley Tong's 2016 film "Kung Fu Yoga" with Chan, Aamir Khan and Riya Sen.
On the other hand, Moore is set to star in films "Freeheld," "Maggie's Plan" and "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay- Part 2."
In 2014, Moore won the Best Actress Award at the Cannes International Film Festival but was unable to receive her trophy.
