Among the things yet to be explained amid the molestation controversy involving "19 Kids And Counting" star Josh Duggar is why Arkansas police destroyed the outlining an investigation into the family reality show star. 

Following "19 & Counting" star's public apology amid the allegations that he molested five underage girls when he was a minor, TLC has decided to pull all the episodes of the family reality show from its schedule.

In a statement released to E! News on May 22, Friday, TLC said, "Effective immediately, TLC has pulled all episodes of '19 Kids And Counting' currently from the air."

On May 19, Tuesday, "19 Kids And Counting" season finale aired on TLC. Reruns of the family reality show were originally scheduled on May 27 and 29 but were rescheduled to June 1. For now, they have been replaced by other TLC shows.

"We are deeply saddened and troubled by this heartbreaking situation, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family and victims at this difficult time," the cable network added.

On May 21, Thursday, Duggar confessed that he did act inexcusably 12 years ago, when he was a teenager and apologized but he did not directed address the molestation allegations, where were first reported by In Touch magazine.

In a Facebook post, Duggar said, "I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation."

"I sought forgiveness from those I had wronged and asked Christ to forgive me and come into my life," Duggar added. "I would do anything to go back to those teen years and take different actions."

Recently, Duggar resigned his post at the Christian lobbying group called Family Research Council. He allegedly committed the sexual acts in 2002 and 2003.
