One of the perks provided for Shanghai Disneyland staff is a free pass in every Disneyland around the world, except the one in Japan.

Recently, Disney has opened its biggest store by size in the famous Lujiazui area in Pudong, Shanghai, majorly as part of its effort to promote the upcoming theme park.

Accoridng to Paul Candland, president of the The Walt Disney Company in the Asia-Pacific region, the store "plays a critical role in how millions around the world experience [their] brand."

The store offers "a unique and immersive experience while shopping for their favorite Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars products," Candland added.

Though the new Disney store is fully owned by the firm, the Disneyland, or the Shanghai Disney Resort, will be a joint venture with a local company, Shanghai Shendi Group.

Until the opening of the anticipated park and resort, Disney invites its fans and costumers alike to experience first the newly unveiled Disney store.
