The FKA Twigs- Robert Pattinson engagement has been confirmed finally. The engagement news came after the 27-year-old "Two Weeks" singer and the 29-year-old "Twilight" actor's five months of dating.
Although rumors regarding the Twigs and Pattinson's engagement have been swirling in the media for months, it was only exposed when Twigs' friend T-Pain revealed it. However, the rapper later denied it saying it was just part of April Fool's Day jokes.
When asked if she was disappointed with T-Pain for revealing her engagement with Pattinson, the "Pendulum" singer told Complex that she is not mad at all although she felt sad when her friend T-Pain divulged her engagement back in April.
"It's fine, I'm a pretty chill person," Twigs told the publication. "Do you know what I mean? If you can't touch it, it's not real."
Also in April, Twigs' stylist Karen Clarkson took to Instagram to share a nude photo of Pattinson's fianceee wearing an approximately $100,000 worth engagement ring with a caption "always have a bath before bed."
Twigs engagement ring was estimated at $100,000 by jeweler Mark Kinney Ritani made the rough approximate saying that the setting is made of platinum and while the quality of the stone is not known, the engagement ring could fetch $40 to $100K.
Twigs and Pattinson's engagement surfaced when the two were spotted at the MET Gala together for the first time in public, according to Hollywood Life. Although she was seen wearing the controversial engagement ring at the time, the duo has remained mum on their engagement news.
There were rumors that the couple will be getting married in August in a "bangers and mash" wedding. Lately, Pattinson has been very busy being with his future wife and even called her as his "greatest love." Music was said to be their common bond as the two enjoy the same melodies.
Before Twigs, Pattinson dated his "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart for three years. They broke up in May 2013 after news came out Stewart had an affair with her "The Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.
Twigs has been the victim of social media attacks by the "Twihards" fans lately. The soon-to-be Mrs. Pattinson said it is pretty horrible, but ultimately it does not matter because she is in an amazing relationship.
