"19 Kids And Counting" star Jill Dillard, 24, has finally spoken about the controversy revolving around her family, particularly the incest and molestation her brother Josh Duggar, 27, committed as a teenager.

With her sister Jessa Seewald, 22, Dillard had a sit-down interview with Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly on "The Kelly File" on June 5, Friday. According to Dillard, their parents had safeguards after their older brother confessed about the molestation.

Dillard said aside from adding locks to the doors in their home, their parents implemented "rules like, 'You know, everybody's in bed. Girls in the girl's room. Boys in the boy's room.  And so yeah, they just, and as a mother now I look back and I think you know my parents did such an amazing job for me."

For Dillard, what their older brother did to her and her sister was not like they were "keeping a secret afraid or something." She said they did not know about the sexual abuse until he explained to their parents what his thought process was and what everything was.

According to Dillard, her brother apologized to her and her sisters who were also inappropriately touched and asked for forgiveness. She admitted that she was angry at first wondering how such thing could happen.

The "19 Kids And Counting" parents spoke to each child individually at the time about what their brother had done. Dillard recalled that when her parents came and sat down and told her about the sexual abuse, she was "like, 'Really?'Like, you know, I'm sad. I'm shocked at the same time. I'm sad because this is my older brother, who I love a lot, and so it's like, conflicting there."
