"Game of Thrones" Season 5 concludes this Sunday on HBO. The events in Episode 9 ("The Dance of Dragons") a.k.a. the penultimate episode sparked speculations that Tyrion Lannister and Ser Jorah Mormont could wind up riding Daenerys' other dragons. What are the chances that this could happen?

Spoiler alert: This update contains "Game of Thrones" Season 5 spoilers. Read on at your own risk if you have not watched the previous episodes.

Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) rides Drogon and the two leave Meereen's fighting pit in Episode 9. Drogon is wounded from the spears of Sons of the Harpy insurgents. Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) and Ser Jorah (Iain Glen) are left behind. It remains to be seen how they would deal with the rebels without Dany.

Meanwhile, the mother of dragons has two other children: Rhaegal and Viserion. In George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" (ASOIAF), Drogon is the largest and fiercest among the three. This does not mean, however, that the two other dragons are not frightening, especially now that they have been chained.

It will not be absolutely impossible for Tyrion to ride one of Dany's dragons. After all, his alliance with the Breaker of Chains is a development that has yet to happen in ASOIAF. Perhaps TV developers Dan Weiss and David Benioff are developing an independent arc in which the stigmatized imp gets to fly. It will thrill fans, no doubt. What about Ser Jorah?

Between Ser Jorah and Daario Naharis (Michiel Huisman), Daenerys probably has more affection for the latter. In the midst of chaos at Meereen, however, it is shown that she would still trust Ser Jorah with her life.

Daenerys is hurt by his betrayal, but she also knows the man would die for her. Ser Jorah being touched by the Stonemen also means that he is slowly transforming into something else. Could he survive flamethrowers like the Targaryens? This would be interesting to see.

"Game of Thrones" Season 5, Episode 10, titled "Mother's Mercy," will premiere on June 14 on HBO.
