"Game Of Thrones" season 5 finale is about to air and it is expected to keep its position as the most watched HBO series of all time. The first four seasons of the series increased its viewers from 9.3 million to 11.6 million to 14.2 million to 18.6 million beating "The Sopranos."

Surprisingly, however, none of the "Game Of Thrones" season 5 main cast has reached 1 million followers on Twitter. Also majority of the main cast do not have an official account in the microblogging site. Here are the five most followed "Game Of Thrones" season 5 main cast on Twitter:

Known for her "Game Of Thrones" role Daenerys Targaryen, Clarke is set to star with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jai Courtney in "Terminator Genisys." On June 12, she was in Spain to film "Me Before You" with her co-star Sam Claflin, Daily Mail reported.

4. Carice van Houten, 38 (471,000 Twitter followers)

Van Houten plays Melisandre in "Game Of Thrones." She is set to star in three films in 2016, which are Martin Koolhoven's mystery thriller "Brimstone" with Robert Pattinson, "I Feel Fine" with David Tennant and Dominic West, and "Race" with Jeremy Irons and Amanda Crew.

Playing Cersei Lannister in "Game Of Thrones," Headey is set to star with Lily James and Douglas Booth in Burr Steers' film adaptation of Jane Austen's characters and Seth Grahame-Smith's novel. Headey recently joined "Harry Potter" alum Daniel Radcliffe to fight to save BBC Three, Metro reported.
