"America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 10 (2015) continued with its auditions in Week 5 of the show. New talent took the stage to perform. Meanwhile, the four judges-Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, Howard Stern and Mel B-returned to the judges' panel. Here is a detailed recap of the Episode 5 of NBC's popular reality television show. Read on to find out who advanced to the next level and who got the golden buzzer. [Spoiler alert!]
The show kicked off with a performance by duo who calls themselves The Gentlemen. They are a pair of young dancers, 12 and 9. Judges loved their acts. They are chosen for the next round.
Performing next was Oz Pearlmen. He is a mentalist who quit his Wall Street job to pursue his dream. He performed some mind-reading tricks in question-answer form. He managed to impress the judges and earned for yeses.
Brittney Allen, a young singer, sang "Where You Will Go." She missed a note or two which changed the game for her. Howard said no. However, she got three yeses from the remaining judges to advance to the next level of the competition.
Next up was Byrdie Sue who took out sounds of birds. Except Howard, the other judges refused to take her to the next level.
Semeneya, a salsa dance group of four dancers performed next. As soon as they started performing, one of the members got injured and was rushed to the hospital. However, they were given a chance to perform again, next day, with the remaining three dancers. They presented a duo act with just two members performing. The group managed to impress the judges and find place in the second round.
It is followed by a montage of performances.
Arielle Baril an 11-year-old singer performed next. Her performance impressed the judges so much that Heidi gave her the Golden Buzzer and took her straight to the finals.
Next up was Shel Higgens. He performed some daring stunts with chainsaw while he was blindfolded. Except Mel B, the other judges said yes and selected him for the next round.
Performing next was a contestant named Oleksiy Mogylnyy. He performed a dance routine with a mannequin which involved some balancing moves. The judges got impressed and sent him through the next round.
Alex Boye, is a band of musicians from Nigeria and Britain. They performed "Shake it Off" by Taylor Swift. They have advanced to the next round of the show.
The next act was the final audition of "America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 10 (2015). A duo Daniel and Syum, who drive taxis at night, performed juggling acts. They fail to impress the judges and were sent back home. This was an end to the auditions round of the show.
