Angry netizens took to Twitter to slam disgraced Australian wellness guru and The Whole Pantry smartphone application author Belle Gibson after her interview with Tara Brown on Channel Nine's "60 Minutes" on June 28, Sunday. Among them are two Australian Football League players.

"Belle Gibson should be in jail, Ultimate Fraud #60Mins," Brisbane Lions Captain Tom Rockliff tweeted.

Also on the same page is St. Kilda Football Club defender Luke Delaney, who tweeted, "Bloods boiling after that. No responsibility or empathy for thousands of REAL cancer sufferers. Absolute low life."

According to KIIS 1065, Gibson was reportedly paid $45,000 for the opportunity to speak the truth after the revelation that she never had a brain tumor, which she claimed was cured after medicating herself with alternative medicine. This claim helped her build a wellness empire.

Viewer Stefanie Spinks told Daily Mail Australia, "I felt sick watching it, she did not show remorse."

Adding to the confusion surrounding Gibson's claim that she had terminal brain cancer is her refusal to confirm whether she was 23 or 26 during her "60 Minutes" interview. When asked about her age, her response "I would be 26" exasperated Brown.

"Okay. This is a really, really simple question," Brown cut Gibson off and repeated the question. "How old are you?"

"I've always been raised as being currently a 26-year-old. I believe that I'm 26," Gibson replied but backtracked claiming she is actually 23.

Moreover, Gibson told Brown that there are two mystery doctors who diagnosed her with terminal brain disease, one of which she named Mark Johns but records of a doctor with the said name are not in existence.
