CD Projekt Red is all set to roll out “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” DLC for Week 7 that includes just one free downloadable content, instead of the usual two DLCs released every week.

The new free DLC is a sidequest, titled “Where the Cat and the Wolf Play...” to be available for players in Velen's Oreton village.

“Explore a forgotten village and discover its terrifying secret. Find out who or what slaughtered its inhabitants and use all your witcher skills to confront this mysterious force,” read the quest's official description, VG247 reported.

In this “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” quest, players will take Geralt to a city near Honorton and save the citizens who are struggling against a mysterious force, monster named “spook,” Game Spot reported.

The "Where the Cat and the Wolf Play" quest DLC will be available for download on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 by later this week, more likley on July 2, Thursday.

This is the #15 DLC for Week 7, out of the total 16 DLCs, scheduled for a release every week, that was preomised by the developer, before “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” release. CD Projekt Red has been releasing a set of two free DLCs every week since May, with this week being an exception.

The previous DLCs include a Beard and Hairstyle Set along with Temerian Armor Set rolled out as the Week 1 DLC, Elite Crossbow Set and Nilfgaardian Armor Set for the second week, Contract: Missing Miners and a alternative look for Yennefer on the Week 3, a Ballad Heroes Neutral Gwent Card Set and a Fool’s Gold Quest for Week 4, an entirely new look for Triss and a Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Quest for fifth week, a Skellige Armor Set and a new Contract: Skellige’s Most Wanted for last week.

Apart from the free DLCs, developer CD Projekt Red also released “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” patch 1.05 update for the Xbox One and PS4 consoles and patch 1.06 for the PC version of the game recently. Community Manager Marcin Momot has even announced the next patch 1.07, which is said to be a huge update with large number of amendments, to be released soon.

The last free DLC release will happen mostly likely next week. Following the DLC, the developer will be rolling out two massive “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” expansions “Hearts of Stone” scheduled for an October release and “Blood and Wine” slated for 2016 launch.
