Currently, Statham is one of the three actors confirmed to be a part of the "Furious 8" cast along with Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson. Statham is set to reprise his role Deckard Shaw while Diesel will reprise Dominic Toretto and Johnson will reprise Luke Hobbs.

Diesel will produce "Furious 8" with Neal H. Moritz. Cody Walker, the brother of the late "Furious 7" actor, is also rumored to be part of the cast. It is yet to be confirmed if "Furious 7" director James Wan will be back to helm the sequel slated to be released on April 14, 2017.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Statham said, "We're already talking about doing another one, part 8, and I'm a newcomer. I just got invited to the party in this last one, so it's nice to know I'm going to be doing another."

After revealing that he will be part of the "Furious 8" cast, Statham was spotted picking up food from M Cafe in Los Angeles while his longtime girlfriend "Mad Max: Fury Road" star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley sat in the car, Just Jared reported.

Titled "Cut For Time: Jason Statham Ad," the video of Pratt impersonating the "Furious 7" star was published by "SNL" on YouTube on June 25 and has since been viewed almost 200,000 times. Watch the impression here:
