"Arrow" lead star Stephen Amell recently appeared at the San Diego Comic Con wearing his new Green Arrow costume.

According to MStarz, this is the first time that fans have seen Amell wearing his new costume. In season 3, Amell ran off with Felicity into the sunset and his appearance at the SDCC somehow confirmed that he will be back as the Arrow in season 4.

Meanwhile, it was also revealed during the panel discussion that Mr. Terrific will be featured in the upcoming installment of the CW series. Surprisingly, it was confirmed that Mr. Terrific will be portrayed as a homosexual man. Additionally, the fourth season will also introduce a new character named Anarky.

In other news, the newest nemesis of Ra's al Ghul was previously named as Damien Darhk. However, it was only last weekend that the creators of "Arrow" revealed which actor has been tapped to play the role.

According to TV Line, actor Neal McDonough has been tasked to give life to the mysterious and sophisticated villain.

Also in other news, fans have been wanting to know what will happen in terms of Oliver Queen and Felicity's relationship. Some fans wanted the love story arch to be set aside in season 4.

In an interview with the publication, Amell, who plays the role of Oliver said that his onscreen love affair with Felicity will not be given much focus in season 4. Rather, new characters and new challenges will be given emphasis in the upcoming intallment.

"Arrow" season 4 will premiere on the CW this coming October.
