Last week, the "Arrow" crew even hinted at a possibility of John Constantine from the "Constantine" TV series to make an appearance in this season, at the San Diego Comic Con. There is reportedly a crossover between "Constantine" and "Arrow" in the cards.

Wendy Mericle, co-showrunner said the team is really excited about the crossover idea. She stated that the entire team is trying to work it out, but they are not sure about the possibility. The team is really optimistic about the whole crossover idea and would love to have Matt Ryan work with them, as reported by Movie News Guide.

"Arrow" star Stephen Amell also said that he has his "fingers crossed" for the crossover. Amell was reportedly in talks for an appearance in the "Constantine" premier epsiode, before the show was cancelled by NBC.

The fourth installment in the "Arrow" series, with existence of magic as a big theme, will more likely have Oliver divide his time between being the Arrow and Oliver, with the cast spending time in Starling City again.

“One of the things we lost in half of season two and season three was the public persona of Oliver Queen,” said Amell. “It’s really important that I get out there, doing things. Those who enjoy seeing Oliver’s civilian world are going to be really excited."
