The premiere episode of the much-talked about TV series will show Caitlyn's mother, who has flown down to meet her. The 89-year-old declares that although she was disappointed by the news that her son has decided to undergo gender transition, she is now content and even gaining.

Another celebrity to make a cameo in the premiere episode is Kylie. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" celeb-teen is seen struggling with herself over the fact that her father has transitioned to a woman. Caitlyn is shown hugging and consoling the 17-year-old, tearfully telling her that she just "wants her kids to be proud of her."

The surprise element of the show is the humor. Although the meeting between Caitlyn and Kylie is an emotional one, it has its own moments of laughter. Like the one when Caitlyn shows Kylie her collection of dresses and she points out that one of Caitlyn's favorite dresses, a Tom Ford number, is also hanging in the closet of ex-wife Kris Jenner.

Other stars making their surprise appearance on the show are Kardashian-West couple. The couple stops by to check on Caitlyn and the rapper is seen in a surprisingly never-seen-before chatty mood, reported The Hollywood Reporter.

Apart from the daily life of Caitlyn, the show also focuses on the larger issues of transgender community. The former Olympian will also pay a visit to the family of the transgender teen who committed suicide. The show is also quite candid about the star status of Caitlyn and does not shy away from showing how she has to change multiple cars while travelling to avoid paparazzi, Yahoo! News reported.
