A new fighter has joined the "Street Fighter V" roster. Even though fans may have to do a double-take in recognizing the redesigned assassin, the resounding narcissism and that trademark claw are enough to identify Vega the Spanish Ninja.

This time, his matador look is complete with a white dressy top opened at the front, letting him move freely and easily in battle. The mask had also stayed to ensure that his beautiful face is not harmed while battling an enemy. "Street Fighter V" has also decided to stick with Vega's blond hair from the "Street Fighter IV" title.

One major change in his design, battle-wise, is the ability to sheathe the claw, according to the official Capcom website. This gives Vega two ways to fight, which is to make use of his claw and to fight without it. Timing here now becomes a key in winning a fight.

Capcom has also removed Vega's ability to pick up the claw once the opponent knocks it off, so both ways of fighting is now essential for Vega. His V-Trigger is the Bloody Kiss, which makes use of a rose toss that distracts the enemy and allows Vega to deliver slashes from either the air or from a crouch-and-jump move.

The V-Skill is dubbed Matador Turn, where Vega makes use of agile moves to dodge and attack. Vega will already be included in the lineup of fighters when "Street Fighter V" becomes playable at Gamescom. In the meantime, fans can see the brutality and the beauty in the way the redesigned Vega fights in the new reveal trailer below.

Capcom has not yet announced a definite release date for "Street Fighter V" outside the spring 2016 announcement. However, it appears that the release date for all platforms will be a simultaneous worldwide release, Event Hubs reported.

In an announcement made by Capcom's Yoshinori Ono and Tomoaki Ayano, they confirmed that no territory will have to wait to get 'Street Fighter V." According to the producers, it was their way of expressing gratitude for the appreciation that fans had for the series.
