‘Arrow’ Season 4 Spoilers: Is Felicity Smoak Getting A Code Name In New Season?

Like other Team Arrow members Felicity Smoak too is great at her job. Well, her super power is the ability to use technology to locate the bad guys, however she doesn't have a code name to protect her identity. Is this going to change in "Arrow" Season 4 episodes?

The folks at TV Line asked executive producer of the show Wendy Mericle if Felicity would get a code name in "Arrow" Season 4.

According to Mericle, Felicity will not be getting any code name any time soon on the show. Mericle stated that Dig is already out there in the field beating the villains so he needs an alias. However, since Felicity is in the den most of the time, so she can do without one.

Mericle added that the possibility of a code name for Felicity still remains. "We all love the idea of her getting her out there more and being a badass. It's just a question of finding the right way to do it," Mericle said.

Earlier, it was announced that Diggle is getting a code name in the new season of "Arrow."

Mericle talked to Collider and revealed that Dig is getting a "fun, cool code name."

"I can't tell you what the code name is, but he's gonna have a fun, cool code name. He'll start to embrace a little bit more of that dual identity conundrum that Oliver has been grappling with for three years now," Mericle revealed.

"Arrow" Season 4 episodes air from Oct. 7, 2015.
