Teen Wolf season 5 cast
The fan-favorite "Teen Wolf" season 5A ended with a number of nail-biting moments including five people, including Scott (Tyler Posey) being resurrected, return of Braedan (Meagan Tandy), Lydia (Holland Roden) in a catatonic state with injuries from Theo (Cody Christian), a chimera, Parrish (Ryan Kelley) revealed to be the Hellhound or the black dog, and much more events.
All this has left the fans with so many questions, which showrunner Jeff Davis has answered, while teasing about what the show has in store in the upcoming season 5B, which is expected to air by January 2016.
"We call 5B a bit of clash of the titans, so Scott and Theo's packs are going to get caught up in it," Davis told The Hollywood Reporter, adding that most of the big questions will be answered in the premiere episode of the season 5B, while some mysteries will be carried over throughout the season.
Season 5B will pick up right after the events of the season 5A finale, on the same night as episode 510 in which Lydia will be taken to Eichen House, with a very interesting story awaiting.
The next season will be all about resurrection as Scott, who has come back from being dead for nearly 15 minutes, will bring his pack back from the dead. Fans will get to see a different Scott, and it will be up to Scott to give his pack the hope they need, just as his mother Melissa (Melissa Ponzio) said at the end.
"We're going to see an older, wiser Scott in the second half of Season 5," Davis told TVLine.
Scott and Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) will also be trying to rebuild their friendship, overcoming the resentment and forgiving each other, while Malia (Shelley Hennig) and Braeden will be joining hands to take the Desert Wolf (Marisol Nichols) down. Malia will be a big part of the premiere episode, and the episode 514 will have her as the central focus.
Kira (Arden Cho) will be back in episode 512, which will reveal clues on where she has been so far. There will also be a big episode 513, all about Kira and Noshiko (Tamlyn Tomita), trying to figure out how to tame the kitsune.
Doctor Gabriel Valack (Steven Brand), who broke out of Eichen House will also return in the premiere episode of season 5B, with a lot to say.
"And what you're also going to realize is he's not exactly the bad guy he might seem to be. He may actually be one of the good guys," Davis told Entertainment Weekly.
With Braeden's return, Davis said that there are chances for Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin) returning in season 5B, though he added that the writers are not yet sure about his return.
Fans will also get to know more about Parrish in "Teen Wolf" season 5B, including his past, the reason he came to Beacon Hills and if he is a good guy or a bad guy.
