Get ready gaming fans as new the launch date for "Star Wars Battlefront" beta game has been revealed along with new characters, three playable game modes and a companion experience.

EA Games has announced that the beta version of "Star Wars Battlefront" will be release next month for PalyStation 4 console as EA Games representative Matthew Everett has revealed several key details regarding what is in store for players when they play beta version, Gamepur reported.

According to Everett, the "Star Wars Battlefront" beta version will contain three playable game modes namely Walker Assault, Drop Zone and Survival Mission. The Walker Assault allows players to control two iconice "Star Wars" characters, Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader along with other 40 players within the map. Gamers can choose to fight for Rebel Alliance as the Jedi Knight or join the Sith Lord and his legion of Stormtroopers in the Galactic Empire.

The second game mode, Survival will feature the desert planet of Tatooine, were in players and a fellow rebel fighter will team up to fight hordes of Imperial forces that are coming their way.

Lastly, the Drop Zone game mode will be added to the "Star Wars Battlefront" beta, although there is no information regarding the function or its objectives as the game's developer DICE will reveal new details about it soon.

The main "Star War Battlefront" video game will also have other game modes aside from the three mentioned such as Cargo, Supremacy, Fighter Squadron, Hero Hunt, Team Death Match and Domination.

Aside from the three game modes, the beta version will also let players access the "Companion Experience" in "Star Wars Battlefront" beta, VG 24/7 reported. This allows gamers to experience earning in-game credits that unlocks several items such as Star cards, weapons and many more.

EA Games and DICE stated before that they will announce a new character in "Star Wars Battlefront" soon as several names have been rumored to part of the game such as Han Solo, Chewbacca, Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Princess Leia, Starkiller, Emperor Palpatine, Mace Windu and Qui-Gon Jun and Darth Maul.

"Star Wars Battlefront" will release on Nov. 17 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
