While the Qazvin Crisis Management organization in Iran confirmed in early August that two places in the Middle Eastern country were hit by a meteor on July 31, UFO trackers claimed otherwise on Monday.

UFO Sightings insisted that the massive debris field was the result of an alien spacecraft that was shot down. The group, citing reports from the Kremlin, said a coordinated Russia Federation and Iranian effort resulted in the successful intersection of the "identified" alien spacecraft. The ETs inside the spacecraft were allegedly working with elements of the U.S. military against Russia and Israel.

It was the newly created Aerospace Defence Forces (VKO) and the 22nd Spetsnaz Brigade that identified the spacecraft on June 29 after it tried to attack and destroy another alien ship that entered Earth's atmosphere over Texas.  The Russian Ministry of Defence report even said that the VKO experts calculated the orbit of the alien spacecraft which could be intersected in its path by Kosmos 2491 and 2504 on July 31 while passing over Iran.

The Star reported that prior to the meteor hit, Iranian residents saw a large fireball in the sky before it crashed in Avaj, Qazvin province, confirms Mohammad Ali Ahani, director of the province's crisis management group.

The American Meteor Society also received data that two asteroids hit Iran near Rasht and Tehran. The impact, which also resulted in a magnitude 5.2 tremor, broke windows and damaged buildings. It was similar to the meteor strike in Chelyabinsk, Russia, in 2013.

UFO Sightings said that Russian President Vladimir Putin, after a meeting of the country's Security Council, approved the removal and transport of the debris collected by Iranian and Russian forces back to Federation territory. The report said that Volgodonsk and Makhachkala, two Caspian Flotilla warships, docked at Anzali, an Iranian port, to collect the alien spacecraft debris. The two vessels are under the VKO's command.
