However, Panabaker said that she is not sure when exactly this transformation will take place. As of late, the cast members of "The Flash" are already filming season 2, and it seems that Panabaker has not yet filmed any scenes as Killer Frost.

Meanwhile, the actress also talked about the six-month time-jump that will be featured on The CW series.

According to the actress, the time jump does not mean that the show will not address the things that happened in season 1.

"The season premiere will address some stuff from the finale; it's not like there's some title card that says, 'Six months later.' We will deal with the singularity and everything that's going on," she said.

In other news, two new cast members will be introduced on "The Flash" season 2.

First, actor Teddy Sears will play the role of Jay Garrick, the first person who ever donned The Flash title. Second, the series will also feature actor Shantel VanSanten, who will play the role of Patty Spivot, Joe's new partner, who is also obsessed with metahumans, according to Design N Trend.

"The Flash" season 2 stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West and more.

"The Flash" season 2 will premiere on The CW on Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. ET.
