"Arrow" season 4 will have Black Canary play a pivotal role in Episode 5 and the rumors about Green Lantern appearing in the show have finally been explained.

Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim revealed several details on what is going to happen in episode 5 of "Arrow" season 4 since the plot will involve Sarah Lance's (Caity Lotz) ressurection. He told Entertainment Weekly that Sarah's ressurection in season 4 will be emotional and tedious as her older sister, Laurel Lance/Black Canary (Katie Cassidy) will have to make a huge decision if she wanted her sister back from the dead.

Co-producer Wendy Mericle confirmed that John Constantine (Matt Ryan) will be responsible for Sarah's ressurection within the show during the TCA Press Tour, as the latter will suggest a different method that is far more effective than the Lazarus Pit. The Lazarus Pit in the show cannot bring someone back to life if the person is dead for too long.

Guggenheim added that episode 5 will be the heaviest material they did for Laurel Lance knowing what is at stake and her decision can affect the relationship she has with other characters.

Aside from the possible episode 5 spoilers, new details for the Green Lantern rumors within "Arrow" season 4 have been revealed.

The Green Lantern rumors were first speculated when showrunners decided to have Coast City in season 4's flashback scenes. Guggenheim then teased fans of an advertisment of Coast City featuring the Green Lantern oath, which futher hints that Hal Jordon will appear in the show since he lived their in the comics.

However, a new promo trailer for "Arrow" season 4 hinted that the Green Lantern rumor was another nod for something else. The video will tease a possible plan for Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) to propose to Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) and their home could be somewhere in Coast City, ScreenCrush reported.

Guggenheim stated that the Coast City ad will have something in store for the season 4 premiere and it may or may not have a ring into it, possibly alluding to Oliver and Felicity's future as a married couple.

"Arrow" season 4 will premiere on Oct. 7 on the CW Network.
