According to revelations from reviews, both iPhone 6S and Samsung Galaxy note 5 are two of the ultimate phones of 2015. While this is true, the two phones have their differences. The iPhone 6S has been smeared with its criticisms at the same time Galaxy Note 5 getting its own at different angles.
Well, the battle between the two flagships seems to have been shaped by the existing disparities in hardware and software. For example, iPhone 6s has been said to have a much greater weight, a smaller battery and being much thicker than its predecessor, iPhone 6, Value Walk confirmed.
To begin with, the design of Galaxy note 5 is much different from that of iPhone 6S. The Note 5 comes with a chamfered metal edge, a click-to-eject stylus and a glass back plus front while the iPhone 6S comes with a rounded egde, a glass front and an aluminum uni-body.
Marginally, the iPhone 6S is bigger though its display is smaller with a 5.5 screen. It measures 6.23 × 3.07 × 0.29 inch exhibiting a weight of 6.77 ounces. On the other hand, the Galaxy Note 5 has dimensions of 6.03 × 3.0 × 0.3 inches with a weight of 6.03 ounces, Gizmag confirmed.
The display of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 being a 5.7-inch super AMOLED display is signified by 2560 × 1440 pixel in dimension. The pixel density therefore comes at 518 ppi protected by Gorilla Glass 4. The iPhone possesses 5.5-inch 1920 × 1080 Retina HD display with a pixel density of 4021 ppi.
The Galaxy Note 5 is powered by an Octa-core Exynos 7420 processor backed by a whopping 4 GB of RAM. iPhone 6S conversely carries an Apple's A9 processor 64-bit dual core CPU backed by a 2GB of RAM.
The Note features a 16-megapixel rear camera which has both 2k and 4k video recording capabilities and image stabilization. It also has a 5-megapixel front camera. Contra-wise, iPhone 6S includes a 12 megapixel rear camera with a true tone flash, 4k video recording capability and another 5 megapixel front-facing selfie-camera.
Based on the specifications and features, the Iphone 6S plus fails to conquer the Galaxy Note 5 in most aspects. The camera, the RAM and the display are some of the areas where the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 reigns.
