"The Big Bang Theory" actress Kaley Cuoco took to Instagram to share her first photo after announcing divorce with Ryan Sweeting. Aside from not wearing a wedding ring, she kisses a horse in the photo.
"Welcome to the family, Zaza," Cuoco captioned the Instagram photo of her with her hair pulled back into a bun while kissing her new pet on the nose. The photo was posted on Sept. 26, Saturday, a day after she and Sweeting confirmed that they mutually decided to get a divorce split after almost two years marriage.
"They ask for privacy at this time," a rep for Cuoco told People on Sept. 25, Friday. "No further statement will be issued regarding this matter."
Also on Sept. 25, Friday, Cuoco was spotted hanging out with five friends and her sister Briana Cuoco at The Village in Studio City, Calif. With her messy bun, Kaley was casually dressed in a loose-fitted dress while drinking wine.
While having dinner with her sister and her friends, Kaley was laughing and talking about Sweeting, who she married on Dec. 31, 2013 after three months of dating, a source told Entertainment Tonight.
Kaley's sister Briana competed in "The Voice" season 5 under coach Blake Shelton's team but lost to Shelbie Z. during the knockout rounds in 2013. In the same year, she appeared in "The Big Bang Theory" season 6 episode 16 "The Tangible Affection Proof."
"The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 2 titled "The Separation Oscillation" will air on Sept. 28, Monday, in which Leonard (Johnny Galecki) confronts the woman he kissed on the North Sea in an attempt to set the mind of his wife Penny (Kaley) at ease.
