"NCIS" Season 13 spoilers suggests Gibbs is returning to work but he will not be the same. According to Spoiler TV's synopsis for Episode 2 "Personal Day," Gibbs has a new haircut and he has replaced his old wardrobe with a tailored suit for more of a formal look. This change has everyone in the office talking.
Back in action, Gibbs assigns his team a new case that has been unsolved for a long time. Gibbs agrees to help a DEA Agent Luis Mitchell on this drug-trafficking case. At the same time, Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) makes an important discovery about Gibbs. He realises that Gibbs might have a personal link with the agent, which is why he is determined to help him resolve the case.

Meanwhile, rumours about the return of Corte De Pablo as Ziva David have resurfaced. Several media outlets such as Youth Health Magazine are speculating that Ziva David might be coming back.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, "NCIS" executive producer Gary Glasberg dropped a bomb of a spoiler about DiNozzo's love life. According to the showmaker, "NCIS" Season 13 will dig deeper into DiNozzo's love life. He further hinted at some unexpected events for hard-core "NCIS" fans.
"Down the road, we'll continue to delve into the love life of Tony DiNozzo, and there might be some surprises for people a little further down the road into the season on that one, especially for our diehard fans," Glasberg said.
When specifically asked about the return of any familiar face, the producer refrained from giving out the details. Instead, he emphasized at "getting into DiNozzo's love life."
