O'Neill is known to be Navy Seal who killed Osama bin Laden during an operation in Pakistan in May 2011. O'Neill works with the Fox News Channel as a network contributor. The network profiled him in a documentary titled "The Man Who Killed Usama Bin Laden."

Jones is a former punk rocker turned jihadi who travelled to Raqqa, Syria in 2013 after meeting an ISIS hacker who later became her husband online. Jones and her husband Junaid Hussein played a central role in organizing online hacking, propaganda campaigns and recruitment for ISIS. However, Hussein died in a US drone strike.

According to Express, Jones is now believed to head an all-female ISIS brigade. Based on her posts on her social media account, she promised to fight for homeland until her last breath.

Based on Jones post, she claims that O'Neill lives in Montana. Undersheriff George Skuletich of Butte-Silver Law Enforcement Department said that O'Neill no longer lives in the Butte area. Skuletich added that they are already aware of the online threats and said that they have already contacted federal authorities.
