The all-star cast of "WWE 2K16" fighters is just the tip of the iceberg for the game. 2K recently announced a few pre- and post-launch features coming to the game. This includes the Season Pass content, as well as Digital Deluxe Editions for those who have yet to preorder a copy.

Developer 2K detailed that the season pass is worth getting if only for the additional moves, playable WWE legends and NXT stars and unlockable content. The Season Pass works for all platforms, including the PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360, the developer announced over the official "WWE 2K" website.

"Complementing 'WWE 2K16's' largest roster in the series' history, this year's content offerings provide fans with an all-encompassing WWE experience at an excellent value," said Visual Concepts President Greg Thomas on the official website.

New features coming with the Season Pass include the Accelerator, which allows immediate access to unlockable content in the base game. There is also the MyPlayer Kickstart an exclusive expansion coming to the PS4 and Xbox One systems, will boost both the Superstar ratings and attributes in MyCareer mode.

Or those who want more playable characters, the Legends Pack will bring WWE Legends like Big Boss Man, Dusty Rhodes, Rowdy Roddy Piper and Trish Stratus, among others. There's also the Future Stars Pack for NXT Superstars playables like Samoa Joe, Diego, Murphy, Fernando and Blake.

For additional features, "WWE 2K16" will also get the 2015 Hall of Fame Showcase. This content basically features seven playable matches, including "Macho Man" Randy Savage vs. Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Alundra Blayze vs. Paige and The Outsiders vs. Harlem Heat.

Finally, the New Moves Pack will introduce over 30 new moves to "WWE 2K16." Among these are from WWE Divas Nikki Bella and Paige, Kevin Owens, Stardust and Finn Balor.

All five DLCs are obtainable via the Season Pass, which costs $24.99. However, each of the content packs can also be bought separately, with price points ranging from $1.99 to $9.99, depending on the content a player buys.

For players who have yet to preorder the gameand would want t get a copy of the "WWE 2K16" season pass, 2K is also offering the Digital Deluxe Editions. The PS4 and Xbox One exclusive includes the base game, the season pass, the MyPlayer KickStart and a theme for PS4 systems at $89.99. A PS3-exclusive is also sold at $79.99, which features the "WWE 2K16" base game, the season pass and a theme.

"WWE 2K16" is also already available for digital preorder on the Xbox One, as announced by Major Nelson over at his blog. The preorder will include the "Terminator" pack featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger. "WWE 2K16" will launch on Oct. 27.
