Bobby Flay is ready to move on from estranged wife Stephanie March. The celebrity chef is selling their three-bedroom apartment in 252 Seventh Avenue for $7.95 million following the divorce. Multiple reports suggest that he is ready to make his relationship with Giada De Laurentiis public.
According to Observer, Flay has put up their 3,200 square-foot apartment for sale. The publication noted that the Chelsea Mercentile had been a home to multiple celebrities such as Katie Holmes, Marc Jacobs and Nick Jonas.
Flay previously shared that they took the time to renovate the kitchen, adding that they had it done "with and for a professional chef including double dishwashers, Viking appliances and a spacious walk-in pantry."
After their highly publicized divorce, sources claimed that Flay has started seeing De Laurentiis on multiple occasions. It has long been rumored that the two have been having an affair behind their partners' backs. Now that they are both free, they held that it was only a matter of time before they start to make their relationship public.
In an interview with Times Talk, via Youth Health Mag, the two seemed very comfortable in each other's presence. Some cannot help but wonder if they started the affair much earlier than speculated, as the two were seen joking about spending time together outside of work.
Flay even admitted that he found De Laurentiis "very pretty." He also called her "really confident" The celebrity chef added that the first thing he noticed about De Laurentiis was her smile, jokingly adding that she must have more teeth than everyone else.
