The most interesting feature is that the Droid Turbo 2 will include a "shatterproof" screen, and will bring Moto Maker to the product range. Various rear panel and trim options are shown on the page, very similar in style to the latest versions of the Moto X that Motorola has been selling for a little over a month. The leak also suggests that it will sport a P-OLED display panel, which is more resistant to cracks compared to conventional tempered glass, Android Police reported.

It also revealed details about Droid Maxx 2, This is the Verizon variant of the Moto X Play, suggesting that it will have a massive battery that can last up to 48 hours and swappable, colored back covers (blue, red, green, and black).

Motorola is shifting to more conventional Moto body style, keeping away from the the Kevlar-infused bodies of previous Droid phones. This move is to produce a new tough feature for the upcoming devices.

Motorola will offer up to $300 to users who trade in their smartphone for a Droid Turbo 2, according to The Verge. Buyers of a 64GB variant will apparently also be able to get one Moto Maker refresh.

As for the pricing details, Droid Turbo 2 might cost at around $600-700, while Droid Maxx 2 will sell at $400-500.
