Taiwanese star Sonia Sui, in her role portrayal in the drama series "Mr. Right Wanted," seems like she has no plans of looking for a lifetime partner, but in real life, she admits planning for a family in the future.

Sui, however, does not give in to the pressure of setting a deadline for marriage. Even at the age of 34, the actress takes things slowly.

In a press conference, Sui shared that she used to dream of getting married at the age of 24. The realization came the day when her parents tied the knot but passed quickly the year after.

Sui admitted last month that she is currently in a relationship with financial worker Tony Chia from Los Angeles. The couple met during the concert of Chia's stepmother and Taiwanese singer Lai Pei-Hsa.

Sui confirmed that Chia is what she would call as her "Mr. Right" by a smile-and-nod remark at the press people's questions. She said that her relationship with Chia may not be romantic, but she is genuinely happy with how simply things work.

Ironically, Chia is the opposite of what Sui did not want for a partner. But the actress said that somehow despite the long-distance relationship and for him being a foreigner, they make things work out.

Even with the said distance, both of them put on more efforts in maintaining love between them.

Sui also said that by observing her co-actor Christopher Lee, who plays one of her leading men in the series, she learned some things about love.

The Malaysian actor and his wife Fann Wong are working on their own distant relationship--as their jobs require them to travel a lot--but are keeping in touch every so often. Sui said that they were the ideal couple for her.

Lee said that a long-distance relationship should not worry a couple because if they genuinely love each other, they would make it a point to see each other even if one lives as far as the moon.

Speaking of the moon, Lee was recently named Best Lead Actor in a TV Series by the Golden Bell Awards. He admitted that the honor gave him a lot of pressure.
