"The Avenger's" Mark Ruffalo has revealed how Hulk and Thor would interact in Taika Waititi's forthcoming Marvel Comics film "Thor: Ragnarok."

Ruffalo has played the role of the Avenger the Hulk in Joss Whedon's "The Avengers" and "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and he is set to reprise the role in Waititi's "Thor: Ragnarok." In his interview with The Daily News to promote Tom McCarthy's historical biopic "Spotlight," Ruffalo admitted that the Green Giant and the god of Thunder would probably fight. He added that everyone wanted them to fight at one point.

A battle between two indomitable superheroes is an epic dust, according to Cinema Blend. Fans have got a taste of what it was like in Whedon's "Avengers: Age of Ultron," where Hulk and Iron Man, sporting his Hulkbuster, came to blow. With that scene as one of the greatest highlights of Whedon's film, it is assumed that a battle between Hulk and Thor, presumably in Asgard, would be even bigger.

Valkyrie has been also reported to make her initial appearance in Marvel's Cinematic Universe via Waititi's upcoming film. But then, no specific details were revealed on how the superheroine would impact the film's storyline.

Aside from McCarthy's "Spotlight" and Waititi's "Thor: Ragnarok," Ruffalo is also set to be part of Jon M. Chu's action comedy thriller "Now You See Me."

Meanwhile, "Thor: Ragnarok" will see Chris Hemsworth reprise his role as Thor while Tom Hiddleston reprises his role as Thor's wicked brother, Loki. Jaimie Alexander is also set to appear in the film, playing the role of Lady Sif.

Waititi's "Thor: Ragnarok" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on Nov. 3, 2017 while McCarthy's "Spotlight" is set to hit theaters on Nov. 6.
