In a battle of the best versus the worst of the 2015-2016 Premier League season, cellar-dweller Aston Villa (1-9-1, 4 points) squares off with Manchester City (8-2-1, 25 points) at the Villa Park this Sunday, November 8th.

The Villans had nothing going for them this season so far as they had been winless in their past 10 outings after winning their season opener against Bournemouth in August.

Currently, Villa is on a seven-game slide as the team managed to salvage a 2-2 draw with Sunderland in late August before going on a downward spiral.

Their last match was a 1-3 thrashing in the hands of Tottenham Hotspur at the White Hart Lane on Monday with Ghanaian striker Jordan Ayew scoring a goal for Rémi Garde's men, as per BBC Sport.

Manchester City is going back to form lately after suffering two straight losses and a draw in their last six matches.

City turned back a tough challenge by Norwich City, 2-1, at the Etihad Stadium last Saturday to garner another three points and stay at par with Arsenal in the overall standings, via The Guardian.

Argentine defender Nicolas Otamendi and midfielder Yaya Touré provided the goals for Manuel Pellegrini's side at the 67th and 89th-minute marks to bounce back from a draw against Manchester United in their previous game.

The Citizens are projected to carve out a big blowout against Villa in their match this Sunday as the Claret and Blue Army's woes continue.

The prediction is a 5-0 romp by Manchester City over Aston Villa.
